Willard House & Clock Museum, 11 Willard St., North Grafton, MA 01536, 508-839-3500
See web site for directions.
This is the 24th year for this popular workshop, and continues in its congenial rural setting of the Willard homestead and museum.
If you have not attended this annual workshop before, you will be pleased to know that a tour of the famous and extensive Willard clock collection is part of this workshop. Also, this event is open to non-members, so we encourage to bring a guest or two. Register early.
As in past years, we are pleased to again have three highly-regarded speakers noted for their knowledge, experience, and their ability to give informative and interesting talks. Even if you do not perform repairs or restorations, you will still benefit as a clock and/or watch collector by gaining a better understanding of what makes up these pieces.
9:15 am. Clock Tools Used in the Trade Jeff Adams
11:00 am. Some Basic and Advanced Repair Problems John Losch
1:00 pm. A Connoisseur’s Look at a Willard Eight-day Tall Clock Robert C. Cheney
