- David Bush provided the following pictures. The movement is signed Albert Webb, Beverly Mass, No. 2959.
- I suspect Mr. Webb was a watchmaker at the factory in 1859, and the number 2959 meant something to him (age 29 in 1859?).
- Considering this picture and pictures of internal parts (next slide), The base movement is AT& Co. grade between serial numbers 18000 - 22100 (22101 is post 1859 for AT&Co.). The 4 pillar design and parts make it a standard M57.
- There are a lot of details that confirm the S/N range.
